This week was slightly lazy, but no one went hungry... š
Breakfast (daily) :
Same frozen sandwiches as listed in Harvest Week 1 or fruit on the go!
Monday :
Lunch - Ham sandwich + Chips + Apple
Dinner - Take Out
Tuesday :
Lunch -(leftover) Pizza Hut Wings (We are biased but these are our favorite š)
Dinner - Brats, & grilled vegetable medley
Wednesday:
Lunch - Italian Salad
Lettuce + cheese + pepperoni + salami + croutons + zesty Italian dressing

Dinner - No Peek Pork Chops & Loaded potatoes
4 boneless pork chops
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
Small bag baby red potatoes
1/2 lb cooked bacon
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350ĀŗF. Lightly spray a 9x13x2-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Half potatoes, place on bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle bacon on top of potatoes. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and ranch seasoning. Season both sides of pork chops with salt & pepper to taste. Place chops on top of potatoes, spread mixture over chops and potatoes. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!

Friday:
Lunch- Leftover No Peek Pork Chops
The rest of this week was filled with a friend's wedding... we ate, drank and were absolutely merry! They are the sweetest and the weekend was full of love!
